In addition to in-depth subject matter expertise, trainers, lecturers, and instructors need pedagogical confidence, strong communication skills, and social competence. In this course, you will learn how to plan seminars professionally, convey learning content in an engaging way, and lead groups with confidence.
You’ll strengthen your facilitation and presentation skills, gain insights into designing learning processes, managing group dynamics, and utilizing flipcharts, artificial intelligence, and remote training.
