ESA BIC I Workshop Market Readiness

7th - 8th May and 21st May 2021

The technology is ready, what's next? Technology-oriented companies are often faced with the challenge of developing a go-to-market strategy in line with the market in order to bring the product to the customer in a targeted manner.

Various methods can be used to develop such a strategy. At the workshop we will learn about the Lean Startup Method, Business Model Generation, Value Proposition Design and much more.

A practical part makes it possible to validate one's own assumptions about the product and to discuss them afterwards.
