Due to Convid-19 there are some actions to be considered:

The barbecue will only be hosted if incidence levels remain this low. The event will be held outdoors. Furthermore, the event will be cancelled if it rains. This prevents close contact and consequently infection. An event held exclusively outdoors does not protect against infection. Therefore, mandatory rapid tests of all participants will be carried out directly before participation, so that the remaining residual risk is as low as possible.

Registration is required. This allows a quick communication in case of cancellation of the event due to bad weather, because no shelter will be provided. This measure prevents a too close contact of the participants. Furthermore, the personal registration guarantees the contact tracing necessary for pandemic reasons. Participation with symptoms of illness or after contact with Covid19-afflicted persons is not permitted. Consideration of proof of vaccination or other proof as a substitute for the rapid test is not provided. You will be instructed in the further hygiene measures on site.
